In order to register, add an advertisement or send a message through the Caravans and Trailer Tents service, you must agree to abide by the following guidelines.

Users

1. Usernames may not be offensive or misleading. Usernames may be changed, removed or users banned without warning.
2. Users must not disclose their password publicly. We won’t retrieve stolen accounts in such instances.

Retailers

1. We request all users acting or trading as a business create a retailer account.
2. Retailers should update their profile when relevant to keep their details as accurate as possible.
3. We request that retailers upload a logo for their account. If you need help with this then please Contact Us and we will help you add your image.

Advertising

1. You're advertisement must accurately represent the item you have for sale.
2. You must own the item you are selling.
3. You and your item must both reside in the UK.
4. Your advertisement must be correctly punctuated, with correct spellings and no bad language.
5. Your advertisement must not contain paid advertising or spam.
6. Do not include your email address or phone number in your advertisement. This will help prevent your details being indexed by spammers. We provide safe methods of adding your information to your advert.

Images

1. Images must not contain nudity, illegal matters or anything deemed as offensive.
2. You must own the copyright or have permission to the images you are uploading.
3. Images must be of the item for sale or relevant information.
4. We respectfully ask that you lower the file size of your images before upload to around 1-2MB. This is to save our server from overloading when multiple users upload large files.

Messages

1. Messages must not contain spam.
2. You must provide a valid return email address.
3. Bulk sending of messages is not tolerated. Infact, your messages are unlikely to even be delivered so don’t do it. If you are a genuine user sending several messages then this is fine.
