Information gathered on registration: When you register for the CaravansAndTrailerTents Service, you provide your name, and contact details.

2.1 Email through the CaravansAndTrailerTents Service. We do not directly make your email address available to anyone on any screen of the CaravansAndTrailerTents Service. The only legitimate way of making contact with a buyer or seller on the CaravansAndTrailerTents Service is for a Member to enter a message which we will send on the Member's behalf.
2.2 Advertising. The CaravansAndTrailerTents Service may include interactive advertising for other businesses. We may use, and provide to third parties, anonymised demographic data provided by Members to target this advertising more appropriately.

4.0 Opt-out policy
4.1 You may have your registration details removed at any time.
4.2 We provide Members with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving e-mailed Newsletters which they have previously opted to receive. This opt-out can be affected by making appropriate selections at Your Details.
5.0 Disclosure for legal reasons
We reserve the right to communicate such of a Member's personal information as we hold to third parties which seek the disclosure of it, and which make a legally-compliant request for its disclosure.
6.0 Data Retention Period.
We will retain your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes to which you consent under the CaravansAndTrailerTents Term and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, or as is required by applicable law, and then we will delete it.
