The ABI Polaris is a fantastic caravan that can be used throughout the year as it has double glazing and central heating throughout.

The lounge, with large windows, has a light airy feel and offers comfort and cosy living. The lounge includes a double pull out bed as well as a coffee table, under sofa storage and pine wood furnishings.

The kitchen and dining area includes a full size gas oven with electric ignition, fridge/freezer and stainless steel sink. A freestanding dining table with four upholstered chairs make it stand out from other vans.

There is a cloakroom with WC and sink as well as a shower room, again with a WC and sink, but also including a large shower.
Bedrooms include 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.

The caravan inside and out is in excellent condition with plenty of fantastic features including an outside light.

The pitch has piped gas instead of gas bottles, a standard electric connection and also underground cable to allow crystal clear, digital freeview TV in the caravan.

The caravan pitch has a tarmac drive area for car parking. Please note the pitch shown in the pictures was the temporary pitch the caravan was being kept on before we bought it. The pitch we have the van sited is in an excellent area.

Included in the sale is a full standard inventory, microwave and a 22" LCD freeview TV/DVD player. The TV shown in the picture is not the one being sold with the van. It was the display model before we bought the van.

Our caravan for sale is located in the Lansdown area of Hopton Holiday Village, which is a very quiet location allowing you to enjoy a very peaceful break every time. Despite this it is a very short distance from the beach and also an equally short distance from the entertainment facilities, making it convenient for anything on the site.

Hopton Holiday Village

Hopton Holiday Village has fantastic entertainment facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a 9 hole golf course, tennis court, bowling green, a very large amusement arcade, big show bar and the Boardwalk, which includes the restaurant and bar areas. There are always activities for the kids etc.

Owner's passes are given out; benefits include £1 breakfasts for each person with a pass. You also get discounts of things on the site. Check out the Hopton Holiday Village website for owner benefits.

The area itself is very close to Great Yarmouth with its fantastic night life and beaches for daytime if you want to travel out of the site. There is a fantastic sandy beach right off the site.
