It features end bathroom - complete with wardrobe, shower & seperate sink unit & toilet. The front end features the main Queen size bed & two double bunks are in the middle.

We have had the caravan since July 09 and have only used it twice ( hence the reaosn for selling) . It come complete with a porch awning & full size awning (we have never used them - but the previous owner has). When we brought it last year we had it serviced at Vale Of Glamorgan Caravans. We had all the gas & electric systems tested. They carried out repairs to the floor around the cooker and entrance where it had delaminated. We were told this is fairly common to happed and cost us over £600.00 to repair. At the same time they also fitted new carpets throughout.

It is currently stored inside (as it has since we purchased it) and had two new tyres fitted to the wheels fitted & 1new one fitted to the spare. All are 175-13 Reinforced.

We have all the original manuals that originaly came with the carvan including:

AL-KO Chassis Handbook, Occupiers Handbook, Carver trumatic 3000 Blown Air Heater, Carver Cascade 2 Water Heater, Electrolux RM212 (Gas, Elect, Batt) refrigerator, ZIG Control Panel, Thetford C4 Porta Poti, Bradcot Awning Erection instructions.

The only bad point that we are aware of was caused by the previous owner as you can see in the photo. There is a dent alongside the left hand of the caravan. It has not piereced the panel and it has been looked at when we had it serviced and was advised it is only a minor cosmetic damage and does not require repair.
