This caravan is in very good condition for it's age, we think it is an approx 1992. The caravan comes with a full awning, which is in excellent condition.

Inside the caravan is in very good condition. The Laminate flooring & all coverings (chairs & curtains) are all in very good condition, no damage to them.

There is a 4 ring gas hob with a seperate grill underneath, all in good working condition. Next to the cooker is a sink with seperate draining board. The tap in the kitchen is tempremental, we have only used it 3 times & sometimes it did work, other times it didn't. We have been told that it will not take a lot of time/money to fix it but we just haven't had the time to do this. There is a cupboard under the grill which fits a microwave in very easily (microwave not included) & under that cupboard is a small cupboard suitable for pans etc (included). There is a fridge/freezer under the draining board which is in good working order.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink that pulls down over the toilet & a shower. There is also a mirrored cabinet above the sink. The tap in the bathroom has been disconnected as we tried to fix the intermittent fault but with no luck. As above with the kitchen tap, it should be quite easy to fix or reconnect.

The front seating section turns into a double bed & the seating at the rear turns into bunks beds.
It has plenty of storage space, including a wardrobe with drawers underneath, storage cupboards above the rear seating area & under seating storage (back & front)

There is no damp in the caravan & no signs or smells of it as we can tell.

The caravan is white in colour & has a green strip 1/4 of the way up from the bottom.

We are selling extras with the caravan which include, a TV/DVD player, frying pan, small pan, cushions, 1 double quit & 2 single quilts (quilts were bought brand new in April & have only been used 2 times - optional), caravan step, 3 clip on mirrors for your car, a full gas bottle, water container, water pump, hook up cable, leisure battery (may need checked as it hasn't been used for a long time), tow hitch lock. All of these items are included in the price.

Honest reason for selling is due to never having time to use it.
